Kinship Family Day 2016 – Info for families

As we look forward to this year’s Kinship Family Day which takes place tomorrow, we wanted to update all those who are attending on some of the plans for the day. We are all looking forward to a fantastic day at Tynecastle with a host of brilliant activities for all to get involved in.

Parking

Parking will be available on the day at the Old Tynecastle High School. To get to the car park, from Gorgie Road, turn onto McLeod Street, pass the club shop and take the first left. If coming from Roseburn, follow Russell Road until McLeod Street is on the left, turn onto McLeod Street and take the first right into the car park.

On arrival

On arrival, we ask families to go to the Gorgie Suite to sign in and complete a basic registration form and sign up for activities they wish to do. Activities are:

• Music workshops
• Football coaching
• Storytelling
• Stadium tours
• Multi-Sport activities

These activities will have a maximum group number, and as such are offered on a first come first serve basis. There will be 3 activity slots and each activity will last for 30 minutes.

Lunch

Lunch will be provided for everyone at 12:30. Please inform us of any serious allergies or dietary requirements.

Event ends

The event will end at 3pm, at which time we will ask all guests to complete a short evaluation on the day.
