Help us make this Christmas special for local children!

Heart of Midlothian and Big Hearts are delighted to take part in the Radio Forth Cash for Kids ‘Mission Christmas’ – which helps keep the magic of Christmas alive for thousands of children living in poverty who would not normally receive a gift from Santa Claus.

This year, the Club Store at Tynecastle Park will be the main gift collection point at the heart of Gorgie and anyone is encouraged to get involved! You can help by donating, before Tuesday 12th of December, new and unwrapped gifts suitable for children and young people aged 0-18 years. All the gifts collected at Tynecastle will be distributed by the charity Cash for Kids to children living in poverty across Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife.

In 2016, in this area only, over 18,000 children woke up to a present on Christmas morning thanks to big hearted people who supported the appeal. With 1 in 4 local children living in poverty, your support can make a difference for even more children this Christmas!

The ‘Cash for Kids Mission Christmas’ collection box is located in the Club Store, open to the public from Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM & Saturday 9AM-3PM. Access via Wheatfield street (EH11 2NZ).
