Big Hearts’ AGM 2016

Notice is hereby given that the 2016 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Big Hearts Community Trust will be held on Monday December 12th at 12.30pm in the Gorgie Suite, at Tynecastle Stadium, Edinburgh, EH11 2NL.

As well as formal AGM proceedings, there will be the opportunity to hear from Big Hearts General Manager, Caryn Kerr on key developments and future plans. The AGM will conclude with a Q&A session.

A buffet lunch will be provided from 12.30pm, before official proceedings begin, and guests will have the opportunity to meet Big Hearts’ trustees, staff, volunteers, partners and a range of other key stakeholders.

The public, including supporters of Heart of Midlothian are welcome to attend and those wishing to do so should contact Big Hearts via email on events@bighearts.org.uk and do so at the earliest opportunity to secure a place. Successful fans will then be issued with an official AGM invite.
