Big Hearts has teamed up with the City of Edinburgh Council to host a special adult literacy programme called Glory & Dismay - The Story of Scottish Football.
Based at Tynecastle Stadium the course is for anybody aged 16 years and over and offers an opportunity for participants to share and discuss their views and stories on not only Hearts but Scottish football in general.
The programme leaders provide footage, images, and laptops to provide content and information to make the experience as interactive and interesting as possible.
Past programmes that have been held at Tynecastle have proved extremely popular with over 30 adult learners in attendance each week.
For more information and/or to register contact Hazel, John or Colin on 0131 221 5800 or email john.player@ea.edin.sch.uk and get involved.
"The programme is not only a learning opportunity for adults but also a fantastic social experience and a place to meet new friends with similar interests and memories. It is important to note that this course is open to adult learners of all abilities, whether experienced or otherwise, the staff are there to lend their full support."
